Bluey IS A PUPPY and comes with all the puppy energy.  A gorgeous silky wirehaired piebald dachshund is sure to bring in the applications so please read the complete bio before applying.

Bluey is not apartment/condo/townhome appropriate

No small children.

Bluey is an Alpha and does better with female dogs.

Bluey has a high prey drive and will dig under a fence to get that critter!  NO CATS for this boy.

This cutie is really a love bug but still has plenty of puppy energy at 18 months old.  He would love a playmate, but it's not a dealbreaker for an active family.  His house training is going great; you just need to keep him on schedule.  Leash training is a work in progress but coming along nicely.

Please keep in mind when considering adopting Bluey that he comes with the added expense of professional grooming.

He is neutered, up to date on core vaccines and microchipped.

We are anticipating a number of applications for this cutie, we will be taking him off the site if we get inundated until we get thru preferred applicants.
