Meet Scooter!

Adoptable Scooter is a spry 13-year-old Dachshund with the heart and energy of a 5-year-old! This lovable guy is a bundle of joy, and he's looking for his forever home.

Favorite things:

• Playing fetch (he'll play for hours if you will!)
• Snuggling on laps and in bed
• Going for walks and looking out the window
• Wearing cozy shirts and sweatshirts
• Chasing squeaky toys and balls

Great with:

• Other dogs (he did great at the groomer!)
• People who want to play and cuddle

Ideal home:
Scooter would thrive with someone who's home often, as he loves attention and companionship. A securely fenced yard is a must, as Scooter is a bit of an escape artist! He'd love to run around and play fetch in a safe and secure space.

Important notes:
While Scooter gets along with other dogs, he would do best as an only dog due to some resource guarding issues.
